| Unfortunately, we have received some reports of users having trouble with
the ‘Sk8er Boi - Live’ mp3 track on the LidRock – Avril
Lavigne CD you purchased at Sbarro. If you experienced any problems locating
the ‘Sk8er Boi – Live’ mp3 track on your computer after
following the prompts on your LidRock disc, please follow the instructions
below to get the track now. |

| For PC Users (Win98/ME, 2000, and XP): |
| (1) Insert the Avril Lavigne LidRock CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive. (Remember,
this LidRock cannot go into slot-loading CD drives!) |
| (2) Go to ‘My Computer’ and locate the CD-ROM drive that contains
the LidRock CD. |
| (3) Right click on the CD-ROM drive and select ‘Open’ to access
the content folders. |
| (4) Double click on the folder named ‘Downloads’ then double
click on the ‘Screensavers’ folder. |
| (5) Within the ‘Screensavers’ folder you will see the ‘audio’
folder which contains the ‘Sk8er Boi - Live’ mp3 track. The
file name is “Sk8er_Boi-Live.mp3”. |
| (6) Simply save the file to your computer’s hard drive, wherever
you like to keep your music files. |

| How to play the mp3: |
| Most audio playing software will recognize this file when you double click
on it. Or right click on the file to follow the prompts to play the mp3
on your preferred media playing software. |

| For Mac Users (OS9, OSX): |
| (1) Insert the Avril Lavigne LidRock CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive. (Remember,
this LidRock cannot go into slot-loading CD drives!) |
| (2) The window showing the contents of the disk will open on OS9 machines.
For OSX users, double click the LidRock icon to open the application folder. |
| (3) Locate the folder named ‘data’ and open up the ‘audio’
folder. |
| (4) Within the ‘audio’ folder you will find the ‘Sk8er
Boi - Live’ mp3. The file name is “Sk8er_Boi-Live.mp3”.

| (5) Simply save the file to your desktop and/or wherever you like to keep
your music files. |

| How to play the mp3: |
| Most audio playing software will recognize this file (such as iTunes).
To play the mp3 launch the application and open the ‘Sk8er Boi –
Live’ mp3. |
