Some things are worth the wait. In the words of Finger Eleven band members, "This album took a long time to make." They are referring to their debut album, "Finger Eleven," now certified Gold in the U.S. and Platinum in Canada. Eighteen months in the making, lyrics came from notes scribbled on whatever was handy -- ATM receipts, arms... "Therapy" was written in a supermarket parking lot. Other inspiration came from a miniature castle in Ontario with a big bug problem. The album was produced in a former meat packing plant. The band did very little post-production work, choosing to keep small imperfections in the performance, which they feel keeps the music real. Be sure to check out "One Thing," "Absent Elements" and "Thousand Mile Wish." There's also a bonus music video of the soon-to-be hit, "Good Times."
