High resolution (300k) Real Windows Media
Medium resolution (100k) Real Windows Media
Low resolution (40k) Real Windows Media

We have setup several different combinations of video resolution and formats ("resolution" determines video quality and file size, and "format" determines which player your computer will use to view the video).

If you have dial-up internet access (less than 256K), we suggest you use the low resolution version.

The formats (Real and Windows Media) should both begin "streaming" the video to your player software shortly after the download begins (each may "buffer" for a short period of time in order to build up a bit of the video on your pc so it plays smoothly).

If this is the first time you have viewed any of these videos, start with the low resolution version first. If you click on a format/resolution combination and nothing appears to happen, it may mean that your computer is trying to download the entire video file before playing any of it. If this is happening, try choosing a lower resolution.
